Role at Paul Beare Ltd
Since joining Paul Beare my role has taken on a more operational direction. As our client base has grown, my role has encompassed other aspects required to maintain our high standards of service and support.
Ensuring the client experience is a positive one, is key to our continued success and has become a huge part of the Paul Beare ethos.
My role includes overseeing the operational activities of the business to ensure that our team are consistent in delivering high levels of service as well as being productive. I work with other senior staff on strategic planning, ensuring that staff are all aware of operational best practices and implementing new technologies.
Past experience:
I worked for the RBS Group (bank) for 15 years as a Bank manager, a Private Banking Manager and finally a Relationship Manager responsible for looking after clients with earning over a certain level etc. I also opened business accounts for clients – which is how I met Paul. My role mainly was to support clients and stakeholders alike building trust and loyalty, whilst naturally supporting the bank to earn an income.

Name your two favourite places in London and why?
The Tower of London –history, glamour and money all under one roof (that we can visit anyway).
China Town and surrounding area – the busy hub of everything – although I wouldn’t want to live there.

Being with my family, reading and going on holiday.
