Nomination caps a decade of active and supportive membership
Paul Beare, founder of one of the UK’s fastest growing accounting firms, has been nominated for the prestigious Member of the Year award by international business network IR Global.
The nomination is the culmination of over a decade’s committed membership of the IR Global network, which aims to connects professionals across the world through trusted referrals.
“It’s a great honour to be among the nominations for Member of the Year,” says Paul, whose focus on helping international firms with their accounting needs see him split his time between London and New Zealand.
Since joining IR global back in 2013 I’ve seen for myself how helpful the referral system can be – we have generated a lot of business from it, and I know we have helped other members secure significant work from our referrals too.
“Getting the nomination in our tenth year is a great validation of the time we’ve put in and the benefit we’ve enjoyed too.”
IR Global Business Development Director Ross Nicholls said the nomination was richly deserved, and reflected Paul’s continued commitment to the network.
Paul and his firm Paul Beare Ltd joined IR Global in 2013 and in that time have been prolific in promoting IR Global and its members’ expertise to his clients. Paul is an enthusiastic founder & marketer and ensures that IR Global is extensively promoted on his active platforms and supports IR Global’s growth online.
Paul is one of only a handful of members in holding two committee positions within IR: Corporate Services and our Ethics Committee where he has dedicated a considerable amount of his own time to help set strategies for both.
Alongside generating a significant slice of the firm’s international business, Paul says his membership of IR Global has been instrumental in developing a strong network of supportive and empowering colleagues across the world
Ultimately, I’d say the network is a family of non-blood relatives; members become friends, friends become family. Reflecting on almost 11 years of active membership, I am immensely proud to be associated with a group of likeminded, forward-thinking firms – many of which I am pleased to call my friends.
