Paul to speak with potential NZ to UK startups

Earlier in February we published how Paul would return to New Zealand to help more kiwi companies setup in the UK and also present at an event.

Culminating in a kind offer from another speaker, David Alizade of NZ based law firm Jackson Russell, there will be two events in Auckland next week.

Aimed at innovative company’s wanting to setup in the UK, the events are run in conjunction with the UK Department for International Trade‘s both events will cover the top tips you’ll need to get your business ready to hit the ground running.

David and Paul will speak on their experiences and expertise in helping Kiwi companies enter the UK market and provide key insights on key topics such as:

  • legal entities
  • opening a business bank account
  • setting up a payroll or pension scheme
  • complying with privacy and employment legislation
  • commercial contracts and fundraising.
