Next week sees the launch of another IR Global festival of events aimed at bringing together some of the most forward thinking and innovative global professionals.
The event, which has the title, ‘Succeeding Virtually – The IR Method’, is designed to highlight some of the emerging opportunities in a post Covid world. And, in keeping with the IR Global ethos, the emphasis is on sharing, networking and making new connections across the world.
As part of the event, which runs 14th – 25th February for 2 weeks, Paul Beare will be co-hosting a breakout session focusing on a really hot button issue for our times: hybrid working. As countless businesses are planning for the post-pandemic reality, no-one can ignore the need to get the return to work right.
Understanding what your employees need, where your business is exposed to risk, and what the best arrangements are for your business will be critical factors in the coming years, so Paul and his guests will be looking at what works, what doesn’t and what best practice looks like. He’ll be joined by a number of IR Global members from across the world ready to discuss the latest trends and share tips on how to manage in an increasingly dynamic and challenging working culture.
