Paul Beare is added to your mandate to operate the bank account when we open a client’s bank account(s). For those clients where a bank account is already established and operational, we prepare the bank mandate to add Paul to the account, for counter-signing in accordance with the mandate already in place.
This allows him to liaise with the bank on managing the account, process payments, add new services upon request – such as a new debit or charge card for a new employee.
No functions, payments or services are added unless requested by clients.
It also allows for integration with cloud based accounting packages, and seamless downloading of bank statements, in order to keep the management accounts and bookkeeping up to date.
