Registering a UK Limited Company.
We set up Ltd companies for overseas individuals. You do not need to be a UK based resident to be a director.
A Ltd company is governed under UK law – and carries the same status as a subsidiary.
You need to decide on your company name; there are some rules around what it can and can’t be.
Our address is usually the Registered Office for the company – this ensures that all administrative mail such as HMRC documents are handled efficiently.
You need to have at least one director – we do recommend two in certain situations. You also need a shareholder. It is common for there to be multiple shareholders. There is no maximum amount of shareholders. Find out more company formation in the UK.
