Three Ways We Save Our Clients Time And Stress

We know from experience what it takes to set up in the UK. We know that the services we offer to our clients save them time and stress when setting up in the UK.

We make it our goal to save our clients time and stress by putting efficient processes in place and supporting them with personal advice.

Some of our clients even return to us where they move on from one company to the next and seek to utilise our setup and support services to ensure their UK setup is as smooth as possible.

WE BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CLIENTS, THAT MEANS THEY HAVE SOMEONE TO DEAL WITH, A POINT OF CONTACT, WHOM THEY KNOW WELL. WHOM THEY TRUST. WE CALL IT, TRUSTED ADVISER.

Accounting in real-time

We have the right digital setup to offer our clients real-time accounting. Our clients can get an immediate overview of their financial position. There’s no uncertainty, no guesswork and no stress. Our clients are also compliant with Making Tax Digital, which already applies to most VAT-registered businesses and is set to extend to self-assessment taxpayers, and eventually companies, in the future.

Staying in touch with our clients

Our Client Relationship Manager gets to know y0ur business and stays in touch with all our clients regularly. This gives us a chance to answer any questions they might have and offer suggestions. We also aim to keep clients in the loop at all times with any upcoming changes. This means they are never left wondering if there is something they have missed or a deadline that has been forgotten.

Fixed-fee basis

We try to work on a fixed fee basis where possible to ensure there are no hidden surprises and costs from both our perspective and our clients. The setup fee is usually based on the ownership structure, how many shareholders are involved, whether any of these are corporate entities or Trusts of ownership.

“It was clear we needed someone to guide us through all that set up,” Eaddy says. “We know Paul does a lot of work in NZ and we organized a lot early on. The importance of planning ahead is huge, and Paul was instrumental in telling us what we would need to get in place when we landed in London”.

Richard Eaddy, Founder of Hedgebook.

We have built up an extensive network over the years – so if you don’t see something that you think we might be able to support you with, just ask – and we’ll try to assist you where possible, even if it’s introducing you to another service provider.
